Take the bateesi out and put it in hot water and mix salt in the water..leave it in for a night and your bateesi..i mean the teeth are as white as the milk.

that would really hurt FF ![]()
Re: goray goray danth
I've found that sprinkling some baking powder on top of your toothpaste and brushing with that for a few days can considerably whiten your teach as well.
Re: goray goray danth
you can also buy colgate powder. I think that will help.
Re: goray goray danth
Brush your teeth twice a day and change your tooth brush every 2-3 months.
Eat veggies and fruits. They are a natural way of cleaning and whitening your teeth - besides that they are so healthy! Eat strawberries because they have a special natural whitening effect! Try fresh Strawberry smoothies!
Visit your Dentist every 6 months. They can help you get rid of those hard to reach stains using different techniques to increase the whiteness of your teeth.
Give up Coffee as coffee creates tooth stains. If you can't do this then cut your coffee intake. Smoking stains teeth.
Floss your teeth daily. This prevents and removes stains between teeth.
Re: goray goray danth
get the teeth cleaning kit from your dentist, tray and paste and you have to use it for a a few days. nothing that u can get on your own will be comparable, some OTC tray systems are pretty good though, chec them out too.
Re: goray goray danth
Do the trays make you gag?
Re: goray goray danth
nope, and actually the one from your dentist if u get the good ones are molded to fit your teeth.
the term 'tray' may be misleading because its justa semi rigid thing that goes around your teeth.
Re: goray goray danth
I had my teeth professionally whitened using the dentist. He created a custom tray moulded to my teeth, i had one 'whitening' session at the dentist, and he gave me enough paste to take home for the next couple of days. Worked really nice, and you hardly ever get the same results by those products you buy in a store... the chemicals are just not strong enough (in the Uk anyway).
In the UK and America, they have a different standard as to what is the top level of 'white' that can be achieved, so you americans are lucky, as in Europe, bleaching products are more strictly governed, so you may be able to get a good enough home kit over the counter.

X2, I tried the kit you get at the pharmacy with the "tray" and all. That did make me gag so I gave up. I guess I'll get a custom one from my dentist.
Re: goray goray danth
niksik use rembrandt toothpaste, its awesome though its like thrice the price of a crest or colgate...
honestly, nowadays they have this new cleaners at most dentists which get rid of tea stains etc... I was surprised how well they work.
Iggle, I just have one cup of coffee, maybe 2 all day. And I’m pretty good with flossing and brushing. In fact at my last dentist visit, I was told that I hardly have any build up, plaque, stains…there were other issues that had to be fixed. Just recently I noticed that my teeth were looking a bit less sparkly usual. But I like your idea about the smoothies ![]()
Re: goray goray danth
Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) is The Best natural mineral for teeth whitening IMO. Some people confuse baking soda with baking powder, they are two separate things. Baking powder should not be used on teeth, because it has acid. Baking soda is purely basic and safe. I'll post some recipes later (I.A)
P.S. Most Arm and Hammer toothpastes have baking soda in it.

yeah I had a custom one done, and it fits perfectly, its made of silicone and is clear, no problem talking either.
I kept it per my dentists advise who suggested that I can use OTC ones in between but just use the custom tray with them.
