so what’s the difference between these two snacks or whatever you call them… I guess the difference is “stuffing”… Gol gappy are stuffed with different food items… while pani puri is dipped in khatta pain and served as it is… having khatta pani inside it…

Pakistan mein gol gappay kaha jata hai and India mein pani puri…
Baqi addings apne apne hisab se ki hui logon ne, kaheen dahi ki chutni dalte hain aur kaheen nae, isi trh dusri addings bhi hain…
Same like dahi bhalley and dahi brey…
Dahi bhalley in Punjab and Dahi brey in Karachi/Hyderabad…
Karachi mein kch log dahi brey meethe bnatey, still dahi brey hi kaha jata unko, meethey hon ya namken!

both are same but pani puri word is used specifically for indian style gool gappais which do not have much stuffing…
