Please recommend me any good Google Voice application for windows OS ??

I wonder why they are not enhancing Google Talk with notifications from other Google services ? It is such a nice small app .

after installing it and looking around a bit, i found it to be rather lame, its much easier for me to just use firefox browser on my comps

Well I would like

  1. Notification like GT
  2. History of messages
  3. One click SMS/Call
  4. Least memory consumption
  5. and all the settings like GT
