SAN FRANCISCO- According to news website Salon, Pakistan tops the list of most porn-searching countries and leads the way in porn searches for animals like pigs, donkeys, dogs, cats and snakes. The data was released by Google.
Also, six of the top eight porn-searching countries were Muslim states. Egypt stood second while Iran, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Turkey came in at numbers four, five, seven and eight, respectively. The Saudi Arabian government recently disabled around 9,000 Twitter accounts linked with the publication of pornography.
Although the sale of pornographic material is banned in nearly every Arab country except Lebanon and Turkey, the numbers showed different results.

We have a massive population (yay no birth control). Even if everyone above 13 in Norway decided to watch porn all the time they still wouldn’t be able to match our numbers.

This is misleading. In muslim countries porn websites are blocked by ISPs. That explains why they resort to wild card searches. In west everyone knows where to go to get porn.
Inferring causality with statistics is a mistake. Thats the first rule of statistics.

Well, salon in the source doesn’t link to Google’s analytical data. Just mentions it. From what I know Pakistan comes at number 1 on searching GAY porn not the whole shabang. Again, it’s searching for porn, not watching and lasting. Talk about a misleading headline at both places.

Just did some digging and Pakistan doesn’t even come in top 10 for page views nor in top 20 in terms of traffic according to the #1](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=1) porn site. What a stupid click bait article but people are already using it to hurrr durrrr Pakistan so mission accomplished I guess.

I am so sick of this nonsense ‘news’, recycled and rehashed every few months and the equally nonsense self-implicating, guilty responses. Sheeple believe everything Google tells them.
My thought is that the ‘West’ is supposed to be least repressed as far as immoral/illicit sexual behaviour, but it still has the most insatiable appetite for all form of porn. It’s built into the lifestyle and culture. 'Nuff said.
