Checkout is not an online bank, which is what makes it less than Paypal at the moment. Im gonna definetly check it out though.

What makes you think that PayPal is an “online bank”. Its just a money transfer facility. There is no banking (online or otherwise) involved, nor is PayPal registered as a bank or has any kind of FDIC insurance etc.

You can't use GCheckout on eBay, can you? I don't think so..
