Yeah, So now if u use the new version of google earth, when u zoom down to the roads and streets, u ll see the camera icons on the streets. Just double click the one in front of your house and it will take you to 360' view of the street. Also depends if the camera feature of your country/city is available or not .

hmmm, then may be ur city is not that big or some thing. . .. they v covered the whole of USA i think. But, i m not sure what the problem is. Have u tried looking closer at the big cities of USA.
