Its one of the greatest custom ROMS out there. Google has approved to put it out on a phone when it ships. From what I read this phone will ship starting December 24th.

What do you mean Google approved to put it on the phone? Android is open source, you don't need Google to approve it. if you want you can put it on your JK1 phone. The Google Apps are not open source, but Google is slowly putting most of the components out on the Play Store
Oppo provides CM as one of the options when you're ordering the phone. Oppo's "Find 5" has been on the market since summer I think. The N1 now available on the Oppo site should be available on the US market Q1-2014.
I've been interested in the N1 since i first heard of it. The camera is supposed to be totally awesome.

I take my statement back. Sorry Joel. This IS an official Google approval.
Lately Koushik's apps have been getting pulled from the Play store (like the ROM Manager and AirCast etc), so I was a bit more apprehensive about this thread than usual. Anywho, good for CM.
