I am wondering if goods bought from retail stores in Pakistan come with 1, 2, 3 years etc guarantee? Are they included in the price or is it extra?
I am talking about electrical, home appliance items?
How about food which is not good quality can they return goods for a full refund or an exchange? do customer get an option?
Does it differ between the village and big towns?
electrical goods- some do get a guarantee with them but not all i believe

When did you last visit pakistan? 
I have seen people tampering the dates on the canned/imported food items and making the date of expiry as the date of manufacturing and selling products.
You might find a smelly liquid in bottles of moisturisers and shampoo. I recently found out a box of Pringles chips filled with local super crisp chips and a bottle of heinz tomato ketchup filled with a yucky chutney last week :halo: but that was in abbottabad..no offense to anyone but pathan shopkeepers here have this repute of doing all the possible bay-imaani and we are somewhat used to it..
In short-it is total lawlessness here. Yahan insaan ki jaan ki koi value nahin hai..Yeh tau bahut choti baat hai..

well yes proto said every thing right pathans do sell china products that are smuggled and i think the worst of all all electrical items they have are faulty they seems like orignal and later on after aday or two finished.and some time in store too u find such products but at some extent if u go places that are reknowed u get good gurantee products and electrical goods.
