Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides
The picture is visible when we log into GS! actually the pumpkins available in the market now are the orange colored they use for halloween, I am using them, just get a two or three pound pumpkin.
it is recommended we do it first thing in the morning for maximum affect, equal amounts of pumpkin pulp and water.
actually for small pumpkins if the skin is smooth, and no blemishes wash it thoroughly and remove seeds, (I simply remove the seeds and set them aside for for roasting…they are an excellent treat in themselves plus pumpkin seeds have zinc which boosts your immune system)
then scrape the stringy stuff, this should leave you the pulp and skin, I have tried both with the skin or skin peeled.
then add equal volumes water and chopped pulp into blender, blend until it is a slurry, tastes kind a bland!
Good Luck!
The Doc recommended a month at a time, I cant say if doing more than a month will hurt…you be the judge!
