Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

“sharing what was shared with me”

However, no harm can be done because it is the cheapest Vegetable eaten all around the world!
                A secret revealed ...

Some years ago, a former professor of mine showed me a blood test, what I saw impressed me. The five key blood parameters, ie urea, cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides had values which far exceeded permitted levels. Commented that the person with those in dices should already be dead or, if alive, this would be just out of stubbornness. The teacher then showed the name of the patient who until then had been hidden by his hand. The patient was himself!

I was dumbfounded! And I said: "But how? And what did you do?".

With a smile he introduced me to another sheet analysis, saying: "Now, look at this, compare the values of the parameters and see the dates." That's what I did. The parameter values were clearly within the recommended range, the blood was perfect, flawless, but the surprise increased when I looked dates, the difference was only a month (between the two analysis of the same person)!

I asked: "How could it? This is literally a miracle!"

Calmly, he replied that the miracle was due to her doctor, who suggested treatment obtained from another doctor friend. This treatment has been used by myself, several times, with impressive results. Approximately once a year, do analysis of my blood, and if either is present tendency to breakdown, return immediately to repeat this process. I suggest that you try.

Here's the SECRET: weekly for 4 weeks, buy at the fair or supermarket, pumpkin pieces. Should not be the pumpkin squash and pumpkin rather large, which is usually used to make candy. Daily, peel 100 grams of pumpkin, place the pieces in a blender (raw), along with water (WATER ONLY!), And mix well, making a vitamin pumpkin with water. Take this vitamin fasting, 15-20 minutes before breakfast (breakfast / breakfast). Do this for a month, every time your blood needs to be corrected.

Can control the outcome, making analysis before and after treatment with other pumpkin. According to the doctor, there is no contraindication, because it is just a natural vegetable and water (do not use sugar!).

The teacher, excellent chemical engineer, studied the pumpkin to know which of the active ingredients it contains and concluded, at least partially, that it is present in a solvent of low molecular weight cholesterol: cholesterol more harmful and dangerous - LDL. During the first week, urine has a large amount of LDL (low molecular weight), which results in cleaning of arteries, including the brain, thereby increasing the person's memory ..

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

Sindsagar, one has to do this every day, right. so 100 grams would be almost a half cup of pumpkin, and how much water? and chk the level in a month and number go down do continue to do it or stop. thnx

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

The picture is visible when we log into GS! actually the pumpkins available in the market now are the orange colored they use for halloween, I am using them, just get a two or three pound pumpkin.

it is recommended we do it first thing in the morning for maximum affect, equal amounts of pumpkin pulp and water.

actually for small pumpkins if the skin is smooth, and no blemishes wash it thoroughly and remove seeds, (I simply remove the seeds and set them aside for for roasting..........they are an excellent treat in themselves plus pumpkin seeds have zinc which boosts your immune system)

then scrape the stringy stuff, this should leave you the pulp and skin, I have tried both with the skin or skin peeled.

then add equal volumes water and chopped pulp into blender, blend until it is a slurry, tastes kind a bland!

Good Luck!

The Doc recommended a month at a time, I cant say if doing more than a month will hurt....you be the judge!

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

has anyone tried this and had success? also, any specifics on what type of pumpkin? it says not the big one which is used to make candy...so i guess you can't use the larger pumpkins used for halloween/thanksgiving.

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

Yes I am, and it works, I use the 2-3 pound size pumpkins because they are easy to manage, once you remove a piece then it does not take much space in the frig, the best part is when you roast the seeds in a toaster oven til they are light brown............Sawadi

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

Did you try it ? What was the result ?

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

just eat all kinds of vegetables on a regular basis. one kaddu isnt going to cure anything.

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

^^ Well the phoof of the pudding is in the eating, you can’t say without trying…

you know queer lettuce is the most abundant vegie available, and you can eat all you want, only thing it will clean is your gut…

the pumpkin and squash family of vegies are full of a protien called Arganine that cleans the plack from your arteries, plus the additional side benifits is …

you will not need the blue pill …Viagra

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

lettuce has more protein than a kaddu. also, lettuce's cousins like collards and kale are probably the most nutrient dense food humans can eat. kaddu is good for vit A, and fiber. but it is no magic bullet.

and arginine is found easily - roti and daal has more than kaddu.

Re: Goodbye cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides

^^
Yes fresh vegies including kaddu are all good, but none of them make a smoothie as nice as kaddu! but to each his own if you like a lettuce or kale smoothie that too may work.

but as far as wheat goes all wheat is hybridized, plus people tend to eat processed wheat instead of the wheat berry itself so you loose a lot of the beneficial ingredients.

Refined grains like white bread, crackers, and chips, as well as refined sugars in sweetened drinks and desserts increase inflammation in our bodies," says Patton. "Belly fat is associated with inflammation, so eating too many processed foods will hinder your ability to lose belly fat." Natural foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are full of antioxidants,
