ok here is a good statisctic for your thoughts: 80% of the people who diet are fatter after diet than before:wink:

so if you want to loose weight diet is not a good idea !

exercise is a somewhat good idea…but it increase the appetite…and when you stop exercising fat is coming back faster…

loosing weight is a somewhat lost battle…because on this planet there is not enough healthy (diary products and cereals are NOT healthy) food for everyone to be slim and healthy…if you wanna survive..you have to eat the junk that is in supermarkets…and our body don’t know how to be happy with it…smoe people are fat with some are not…just accept yourself and tell others to get lost :mocking:
