Good Weight loss tips/tricks

anyone got any? I want to lose a few lbs by august I have been working out regularly so I was wondering if anyone has any tips?

normal diet + 'lemon juice' some how works for me along with regular excercise and swiming :)

8L of water in take , regardless u have to visit bathroom as if its your mehboob's residence.. end of tarka in daal, no swimming chunks of meat in saalan, green leaves/salad in EVERY meal ..

instead of 3 meals a day type system, 5-6 meals a day, but SAME total amount of food

but before you do all this, ask yourself, WHY u wanna lose weight? is it for other people's sukh/eyes, YOU wanna look good for your future spouse, mom-dad on your case? or the one that i would never believe: cuz of health

regardless if your reason is right or wrong, once decided, u WILL be able to lose weight with more ease.. remember mind plays a big role in everything .. without ur peace in mind, u would workout ALL you want, do everything i mentioned, and u may still not be able to achieve what u wanted..

loosing weight? WHY?

ok here is a good statisctic for your thoughts: 80% of the people who diet are fatter after diet than before:wink:

so if you want to loose weight diet is not a good idea !

exercise is a somewhat good idea…but it increase the appetite…and when you stop exercising fat is coming back faster…

loosing weight is a somewhat lost battle…because on this planet there is not enough healthy (diary products and cereals are NOT healthy) food for everyone to be slim and healthy…if you wanna survive..you have to eat the junk that is in supermarkets…and our body don’t know how to be happy with it…smoe people are fat with some are not…just accept yourself and tell others to get lost :mocking:

yeah lemon juice works for me as well, diluted with water 1st thing in da morning.
plus healthy food intake, lots of veggies and fruits and most importantly EXERCISE!!!

yeah my mom said something about lemon water... I'll start that today... I'm 130 I want to go down to what I was in high school which was 110-115..

whatever you do....keep it constant....i've seen people start exercising/eating healthy....and once they lose weight they go back to their previous lifestyle....that's not how it works....you'll gain it all back....rules are same....don't skip breakfast....eat veggies/friuts and small meals 5 times a day....avoid meat and oily stuff....exercise...drink lots of water....etc...make these changes and MAINTAIN it....you'll see the difference not only in your weight but your skin health and overall mood.

50% healthy eating, 50% exercise.

Choose things with less saturated fats. Its not only good for your heart but your body fat too.

As faizy said, eat the same amount of food, but change the frequency.

eat every 3 hours..or so.

Drink *lots of water. *

And exercise ATLEAST half an hour everyday. steps, treadmill, anything to get your heart pumping, and sweat pouring..
