I really am not good in maths…or anything related to numbers…(this word even shuts my brain functions 
)…So I was wondering if there are any tried and Tested Accounting software that I can use or any accounting tips that I can use to keep a starting business accounts in order…I would really appreciate any sorta help…Right now I really procrastinate in keeping the accounts until I really have no choice…I tried making an excel spreadsheet..but then I kept on making too many fields:bummer: …

Try using a software package known as 'sage'! I think many book keepers and accountants use this! :)

^^ That software is called Mas90 (and Mas200, next version up) and is now owned by Best Software. Its pretty good but very complicated and expensive.
One package that I've setup for a few different companies' bookkeeping purposes is Quickbooks by Intuit. Its a lot cheaper (starting at about $89 for a single user Simple Start Edition).
There are few others out there including PeachTree.
