Today a criminal, who kidnapped for ransom and killed the victim was killed in encounter in Lahore. Another similar encounter occured few days ago.
At times police have used such measures to deter certain crimes like during previous Shahbaz Sharif term, many famous ghundas of Lahore like Atif Jatt, Mazhar tibbi were killed in police encounters.
DO you think it is a good thing to do, since otherwise, even with good policing, it will take time to send a message to criminals that crime does not pay.
Or do you think that its not right thing to do?
Many of you know I am a victim of a same crime and criminals are still under trial since last two and a half year and I knew killers of my son will get realeased one day due to corruption of police while making the case but still I say that there is no way without improving the system.It is no way to kill one without prosicuting.

LAHORE: Lahore police claimed to have killed a reported offender, identified as Orangzaib, accused of having involvement in kidnapping for ransom amid an alleged police encounter here in Model Town locality on Friday night, Geo news reported.
According to police sources, two kidnappers, Aziz and Orangzaib, had killed on September 1, a kidnapped Adil Butt (18), resident of Model Town, over delay in payment of demanded Rs30 million as ransom money.
Police had arrested Orangzaib’s aide Aziz a few days ago from Model Town while raids were being conducted in search of his associate Orangzaib, sources said.
Police said they shot dead Orangzaib during a brief exchange of fire after a hot pursuit following secret information police sought in regard to his hiding in Model Town.
