One who doesnt carry a nice heart towards people, I would say for them, wo namaz PARHTAY hain, QAAIM nahin kertay!! And its been clearly said, Namaz QAAIM karo. Namaz parhna aur Qaaim kerna are two different things! & Namaz parhezgaari sikhati hay!

Elaborate on the difference between “parhna” and “qaaim karna” please.
