How do u use it?
I've always used either a sponge or my fingers or both to apply
foundation.

foundation brush is just like painting.....put the liquid on ur hand and then dab the brush in the liquid and paint ur face.....sometimes I feel that I have too much foundation on when I use a brush rather than my fingers...but then again u can always wipe some off with tissue or something.

I went to Bloomingdale's yesterday, bought some foundation from Lancome.. i asked the lady, what's the difference if u use a brush or fingers and she said it's like painting.. you can make a better painting wiht brushes than with fingers.. i paint (and draw) so i liked that analogy... im lookin for a nice foundation brush but they're all $30 :(

I have a great mac foundation brush... I love it
but one question. do you gals clean it btwn uses? With what? Water, soap? how often?

I use liquid soap and luke warm water then lay the brush flat on a towel to dry. I dont wear much foundation so i clean my brush each time i use it so that i dont have the grime to deal with the next time aruond.

Just a quick question, is dove soap or any kind of soapy wash/shampoo good for brushes?

Frankly, ive been using these cheap brushes I got from PotPurri in Lahore, and i think they do a not so badjob wiht my eyemakeup (at least every1 here seems to love my shadow and i’m satisfied with how it looks :clown: )

yes sajal sponge is good for foundation,i wont recomand foundation brush..all the time,........i know ppl clean it but bectaria is still there..so being a cosmotologist i wont recomnd u all to use brush..use sponge ,the triangle shape..
