Good Asian Mua in the north of England ?

I’m asking this for my cousin who lives in Leeds. she loves the work of Dil Matharu and Ambreen. However, we have found out they would charge around £1000 due to the travel distance.

she can only do £550 max but is looking for a MUA that does eyes like Dil and a flawless look . Any recommendations please let me know it would be a big help.

I think Lubna Rafique or something? (I think that’s her name) is from Manchester and she probably can travel to Leeds without charging extra. I know of someone in Leeds who got her makeup done from her and i think she only charged like £500? not really sure seeing as it was a few years ago now but no harm in contacting her and asking her.
