Well I must admit I never used www.1and1.com instead i used their european site

www.1und1.de for my server hosting (my own HW, they only provided Data Centre facility) pretty cheap & reason prices with not much service issues. Also it was in year 2001 to 2004, dont know if they are still good.

I thought 1and1.com is same company to may be they will be providing the same level of service.
