These billions of dollars are stolen by the politicians and are transferred back to the western banks.
Now, the people of Pakistan end up with the big loans and die paying the interests on the same loans, whilst the money has already being transferred back to western bank.. so the rate of return goes around 80-90%...
who on earth does that!!!
