I haven’t bought gold yet, I think I will buy artificial, just worried it may look wrong as in-laws are getting gold for me to wear on walima.

what do your parents say? i don’t think wearing artificial should be a problem. Just do whatever your family is financially comfortable in and leave the rest to Allah.
