Aisha , please yaar recipe lai do na mama ki … I too have been looking for the picture perfect, round , gol gappay … and have tried so many of them .. but kuch gol gappay ban jaataay hein , baaki chips ban jaatay hein !!

right , so i tried this recipe !
just added a pinch of baking soda in the dough , and did exactly as the girl made them ..
about 90 % of the poori's rose ... which is a good ratio compared to a lot of others that i have tried ...
1 cupm of plain flour and 1/2 cup of semolina make a dough using the soda water that u can buy at any major supermarket or anywhere really
