GOL GUPPAY!!!

From what I’ve seen, gol guppay involve more ingredients…whereas pani puri is sometimes just shells filled with imli pani. Or they contain only channay with imli pani. (Haven’t seen them with yogurt).

Gol Guppay, on the other hand, include a chana chaat (chanay and aloo)…which you stuff inside the shells…then you pour yogurt on them…followed by the chutney. Sometimes this sweet red chutney is also poured on top. That’s how I’ve eaten them in Pakistan and that’s how we make em at home.

^^ That’s not gol gappay. i forget what it’s called. bhel puri or something

real gol gappy come with imli ka paani, cholay and quick reflexes pani puri, the gujrati kind is the same as gol gappay
