I recently had some DELICIOUS gol gappays at some desi restaurant in Miami. Unlike other pani puris/gol gappays, this one didn’t just have chickpeas and imli paani, it was more like chickpeas and dahi baray inside it with imli sauce on top. Does anyone know how to make those? Would love to try making those at home!

I love making pani puris, infact I am making them right now too.. but with yogurt in them, yummy, I can't wait till I get a recipe for that!

that isn't pani poori. it's called something like gujrati puri or some other indian region puri. it's apparently the latest and best thing to come out of some thaila.
