We definitely have one of the best sports equipment in the world and without international taxes it's pretty cheap. If you're interested in any particular sport you can check out stuff for yourself including cheap sports shirts (and sport shoes).
Quality musical instruments are also pretty cheap.
A couple of UK relatives did go slightly berserk in a cd/dvd shop with games being sold a lot cheaper but it's probably piracy with unreliable quality and I don't want you getting arrested at the airport.

If you wear specs I would advise you to get some from there. They are pretty cheap!

Get cheap sports equipment yes. Footballs, cricket equipment, spectacles are very cheap there too . Sunglasses. (Desi) clothes clothes clothes! :P
Things I used to love buying frm karachi as a kid: fountain pen with the bottled refilled, stationery and also books !
