HI guys
Im going to egypt next week, hurgada and cairo. If anybody who has been or lives there could give me any advice or reccommend where to vistit would be MUCH appreciated.

you should definately go to saqqara (sakkara)
its where all the really old pyramids are :p
its beauuuutiful! my fam and some friends and i went there and we hired ATV (dirt bikes) and just rode around the pyramids allll day. it was fantastic :D
Also, maybe you should go to all the old bazaars - its a fantastic experiance.. but if you're a girl, make sure you have a some male protection with you cause lemme tell ya - the guys are fiesty :S

I went to Egypt - amazing holiday!
Make sure you visit the Pyramids - Obvious enough! Try and get a guide who has got a good reputation - its much better to understand the history with them.
Go to the Egyptian museam - and try to go to the mummy room - its totally worth it!
And as Zalamilk said, go to the bazaars and dont forget to haggle.
We went to Luxor instead of Hurgada as there isnt much to see there...

heyyyy lukcy u i went to egypt last year.....
for shopping go to Khan-el-khalili and do a lot of bargaining and do get soveniers from the pyramids by doing a lot of bargaining.....nile cruise....downtown....i went to a mall too...museam ofcourse ummm wot else oh yeah just remembered theres this crystal jewlery there its brand known as Asfour crystals then theres cairo tower i got to go to some club in cairo it was nice .....

you should try for Luxor instead of hargada... there are many tour operators which provide excellent service and they are not expensive either.. Secondly, if you are planning to immense beach fun then SHARM EL SHAIKH is the place to be...
