after r honeymoon v went for umrah in ramzan n it was great n v think v made a nice decision tht v did this before baby bc after kids i think it becomes difficult :)

lolz yeah allhumdullah yar v planned 2 go in ramazan it was difficult since v were gng their for 1st time v didnt knew anything v made a mistake v booked pakistan house n it was just ewwwwwwwww highly not recomended it was near to khana kaba n plz suggested us so v booked it but trust me if v inshahallah went again v vl never stay there it was v crowdy again v went from dubai so v wore ahram from our home v reached jaddah in the noon took taxi 2 makkah when v reached there it was iftar time v just took water n perform umrah 1st v had 2 make break for esha after esha v continued r umrah n after that v checked in the hotel n uff it was just weird lift was not working v checked for otherhotels at once but everywhere was housefull since it was last ashra of ramadan thn v went 2 madina it was way better than makkah v decided 2 celelbrate eid in madina n trust me ppl in madina were much better as v read in books tht in prophets time in makkah ppl were rude n madina ppl were generous same was the case v used 2 eat little at iftar wht v got in masjid khajoor n water thn vl wait for esha n tarweeh after tht v go 2 dinner it was so crowdy tht v cant leave after magrib n come bck for esha after eid v went back 2 makkah did umrah again v didnt stayed makah again straight from umrah v went 2 jedaah n thn bck 2 dubai honestly i dont recomend during ramadan

PS sorry not properly wriiten laptop in my lap baby at one side n tea on other side just imagine :)

I wish I had done it. But right after our shadi in Shawwal umrah visas are closed for overseas people because of Hajj preparations plus I had my mbbs exams so we had planned it but it couldnt happen :(

If I had a choice b/w honeymoon to another destination or umrah I would have jumped at the umrah opportunity anyday :)

hubby and i had a little mini honeymoon at niagara falls for a couple of days because we knew in a few months we would go to for hajj together. It was great. 6 months later we went on our proper honeymoon to Paris/London.

Are your other halves all very religious or you just thought it was a nice idea?

My mum was telling me that Malaysian Muslims tend to go on Hajj and Umrah quite young, it's interesting how different cultures view when they should do it and so on..

Thanks a lot for your Duas ! my wedding is in Karachi.. yes i am nikkahfied .. :) my wedding dresses are made by my In laws so i am also eager to see them..

InshAllah i will send you after wedding but you will have to wait as i don't know for how long i wont able to have internet access there.

Haey!!! dont ask how am i feeling these days.. i am having headache all the time, happy but little frightened at the same time that how i will adjust in the new environment. i am not sitting in mayun yet it will be three days before wedding ...
