There was this thread in general forum where a female member queried about the subject. I think the query was perfectly legitimate and the answers that mods ‘felt’ were not in line with the topic could have been removed.
If it was not suitable for general audience it could have been moved to Religion or Corner room (perfect candidate for this one). Deleting the thread was totally immature.
