bhoonafy well with ginger garlic paste, DO NOT add water when frying it.

Add lemon juice or vinegar when bhuno-ing it.
Or, marinate goat meat in lemon juice, ginger and garlic for half hour before cooking it. Make sure you trim all excess fat.
