folks in working environment need a sense of responsibility.
think of one person at your workplace who you would not mind telling very clearly what they should do, instead of their immature lame excuses and dull headness. then, write out what you would tell them to improve their work place related sense of independence and conscientiousness.
I hate carelessness and specialy if one gives lame excuses to cover up his/her laziness. I am a student and have not any experience of doing job yet but still I have come across so many people in my student life who don't take their responsibility serious. For example; if our professors assign us a topic to cover and ask us to submit on its due date, and we have to work on that topic in groups. So, unfortunately I get the laziest people in my group from the whole class. They get irritating when they don't do the work of their part. If I ask them the reason then they end up on some 2 number philosophy such as ; *" zindagi ajeeb si ho gayi hai Kuch karnay ko dil nahi karta" *
I don't give any advice sort of thing to such ppl I just warn them that* do your work or I will not add your name at the cover of assigment, you'll be out.* people want* 'paki pakayi kheer' *
well..yesterday someone called in sick, this one silly guy so my collegue and I called him and said to him, “Puke or no puke, get ur Ice to work A S A P!” He got there like int 15 mins, and was fine for the remaining time
