in dis vitamins it has gelantin, so i called gnc and i asked them wat kind of gelatin is in it so they said, it has cows gelatin so is it ok to have cows gelatin. pls pls any answer my questions, i really need help and alhamduliah im 7 1/2 month preg and i really these vitamins.

If it has cows geletin then its not halal. Have you been taking any vitamins ?

There are different ones with no animal byproducts, like PregVit, Sisu MultiExpecting, Jameison etc. You can also check your local natural food health store, you should be able to find good quality vegetarian ones there
