Can you make folders in gmail? I’ve been looking but I can’t find anything…

Its called Labels and it doesn't quite work the same way.

gmail believes that its search option for email is so fast and advanced that they dont think creating folders to organzie anything is necessary. Which is true. So stop being a cry baby

Pop Gmail to your Outlook Express if you love the folders.

First:

  • create whatever "Labels" you want

Then:

  • in the settings area: "create new filters" From now on all the messages that arrive, and meet the certain criterias of your newly created Filters will be "labelled" and a click of a mouse will show you those messages.
