I have recently been informed that I am allergic to gluten. I havent eaten any gluten food for some weeks now and can feel a difference.
I am wondering if u guys could help out in finding good receipes for glutenfree food or just come up with a list of what kind of food is allowed in a gluten free diet.
Is desi ‘atta’ gluten free?or does it contain wheat or any other gluten?
Please enlighten me as I am really exhausted these days due to lack of proper nutrition
Pretty sure that atta is FULL of gluten. Lots of supermarkets have gluten free products, eg pasta made from cornflour etc. U can use rice flour or cornflour / cornmeal in your cooking as they do not contain gluten.
you can eat rice, i am intolerant to gluten as well. I find rice fills me up quite nicely :) also you can see if your allergic to spelt or not, that grain works just like regular atta.
i think i have gluten sensitivity too and atta is definitely FULLLLL OF GLUTEN!! check out whole foods or trader joes for gluten free products and bread
