I am mostly gluten free and I have noticed that it has helped calmed my eczema to some degree. It was quite adjustment in the beginning because I wanted to avoid processed food that is gf because it is loaded with carbs and some is denser in calories compared to regular food. It was hard eating out at desi restaurants and nihari, haleem is Def not allowed along with anything fried that may have breadcrumbs or a tempura batter or any kind of batter. I have adjusted to the gf lifestyle and it’s mostly rice for me and despite that I have increased my rice intake, I have not gained weight which I wanted to keep in check. Feel free to pm me.
