Today was almost my first gluten free day but it forces you to read label and my morning cup of tea was so lonely today. I usually have a toast but my eczema has flared up and I figured why not go gluten free to see if it helps. My morning toast was replaced by a moong dal chila/crepe. It was actually good.

Going gluten free makes some people gain weight so I am a bit worried about that. I am upping my fiber thru fruits and veggies. Upping my dal and I plan on adding greens to any daal. If you are on a gluten free diet, any suggestions on how to make it a little easier. Meal ideas or plans would be appreciated.
