So there’s a body whitening epidemic in Pakistan. Iv seen people go from wheatish to a milky white complexion!! and they all say it’s a whitening injection. Iv researched it and I think it’s glutathione..I’m interested in knowing if anyone here has tried them and what their results were. everyone refuses to divulge the place where they get these injections from so does anyone know where to get these done in islamabad?
Ps please no lectures on being ok with ones skin colour. I know that in my head but I still want to do this
I was wondering the same and there was show on this at Good morning pakistan and they say you can achieve that same effects by using gluthatione serums and mask but no idea where to get these from?
Off topic but today they were going this crazy injections of melting fat with the same medicine that melts cholesterol. She is like it turns fat into a watery substance and u can tone it with either exercise or a toning machine at the place where you get these shots from. Why don't these people think about a small thing called side effects. Not everything can be injected and not everyone can inject you. Jeeez!!!!!! What's the deal behind these injections and why is there a injection for everything in pakistan!?!

stupid Hindi songs abt goriness and Chand ka chehra. You have to be almost ghostly white to be considered pretty in desi land. Who cares abt clean, clear skin and pretty features.
It is beyond common amongst Pakistan celebrities and elites. You'd be shocked. I personally know a case of a print model who had a very deep dusky complexion and now sports Nigella Lawson pale skin.
Likes of Shaista Wahidi all get such injections. Obsession with acquiring fair skin in Pakistan is really unhealthy in every way.
So better do all your research OP before you get into any of that.

its amazing to see how they are showcasing these kind of treatments on the morning shows to encourage ppl to get it and they go on n on about how it has no side effects at one point of time i wanted to get it done too i was so obsessed because of being a dark pakistani chic lol but thanks to ppl around me to not get such things done it might do good than bad

do not have these injections, god knows what stuff they mess up, cancer infertility etc....do not risk it, be confident
I don't know anyone who has got glutathione injections. I think it's not very common here. There was some video of Dr. Khurram Mushir who told disastrous side effects of such injections.
Wow! I would never trust anything like that in Pakistan. Have never heard of anything like that in the west. Op, I'm not judging you at all, I'm more concerned about how safe it is.
I think that if you're inclined to go that route (skin lightening), there are safer methods to go about this rather than injecting yourself with a substance that may be harmful in the long term. Honestly, I highly doubt that anyone knows for certain whether glutathione has any negative long term side effects as it is not something that is terribly common and has warranted loads of extensive studies.
