Hi love.
firstly, drink lots of water.keep a bottle with you at all times. you can also add a few slices of lemon, mint and cucumber and use that for detox
secondly, make sure to use a sunscreen .. just wear it in the morning before leaving
thirdly, make sure to wash your face with a mild facewash regularly, especially once you are back from college and before sleeping at night
fourthly, moisturize regularly according to your skin type
lastly, when you have time apply one of the following alternatively 1.aloe vera gel, 2.yogurt+lemon , 3.oats+rose water+honey

Hi thanks for the reply.I drink alot of water. I have started using primerose oil capsules & perfectil multi vitamin. Do you think that will help? Any thing I apply to the skin I just have a reaction.
