Hi all. This is my first post so please excuse the errors. Well let me tell you about my problem.I am a college student living in Ireland.Due to exposure to the pollution and stuff my skin has been very damaged .It is dull,dark, and uneven.I also have ALOT of hair on my face. Can you please tell me something to eat or drink which will help. As a student I dont have alot of time to spend on myself.So a quick totka of something to eat or drink will be very useful.Please help.

Hi love.
firstly, drink lots of water.keep a bottle with you at all times. you can also add a few slices of lemon, mint and cucumber and use that for detox
secondly, make sure to use a sunscreen .. just wear it in the morning before leaving
thirdly, make sure to wash your face with a mild facewash regularly, especially once you are back from college and before sleeping at night
fourthly, moisturize regularly according to your skin type
lastly, when you have time apply one of the following alternatively 1.aloe vera gel, 2.yogurt+lemon , 3.oats+rose water+honey

Hi thanks for the reply.I drink alot of water. I have started using primerose oil capsules & perfectil multi vitamin. Do you think that will help? Any thing I apply to the skin I just have a reaction. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Hi, no problem with the errors admin will understand. And about the skin damage issue, you should use facial care range from a certified organic products manufacturer I can recommend you with one best and easy solution, I don't know if they deliver overseas or not but you should try Conatural. I have used their products and they are quite promising. i will put in a link to their website, read about them, and then try them.
