as a medic i have come across people who swear by cold pads. what you do go buy one cold pad or use leftover tea bags left in the fridge prior using them for couple of hours. so then place a cloth on ur eyes and leave the pad on for bout 10 mins the more you do this the quicker results you will get.
now the mode of action:
what happens is that you have tiny capillaries running beneath your v thin skin and as you might know capillaries are leaky and therefore blood is continuously draining out of them. and blood has high contents of hemoglobin which had very dark red color and when it becomes temp. trapped in the tissue the color of skin to us seems a bit darker then any other part of face.
so by applying any thing COOL onto your skin will shrink those capillaries and effectively reduce the appearance of dark circle and inshallah it wont be far when you'll see yourself in mirror completely flawless and then you can pray for me.
