top 20 is where to be, rest are all also rans..

I think being in top 10 should be the goal and being in the bottom 50 means there is something awfully wrong.

The point is that - if a country is moving forward towards the goal of top 10 means that some positive things are happening, and it is moving in the opposote direction something negetive is happening.

any country moving up is showing that positive things are happening.
but really, I dont think i would want to live in any country that is not on the top 20 countries on that list.
