Glacier National Park & Banff National Park

For anyone that has visited Glacier National Park in Montana, is it worth crossing the border and driving to Banff for maybe 2 days? We are planning a trip visiting Tetons, Yellowstone & then Glacier National Park in July. Lots of online threads about Glacier National Park recommend Banff. The logistics are insane so just wondering if I should make it work somehow for about 2 days? Maybe cutout Tetons altogether? I know GNP and Banff are supposed to be amazing but we really want to see Yellowstone and probably will not be flying that way again soon (East Coast). Please advise. What is the one most worthwhile thing to do in Banff? (Hope Bobby ready this)

No idea about these parks.

Damn, you plan so well ahead. Good for you!

Banff is literally unbelievable, also lake Louise is unreal. The camping in Banff and Lake Louise is incredible also. I believe we get 5 mill visitors, Compared to Banff Glacier/Waterton is a 2.
I will post pics later. Call me when u r going mrs and I may bring tents 4 u.

@Bobby1 where is that beautiful place in pic. OMG I wana go there.

Our Rockies are spread in thousands of kilometers with the most incredible views ever. That lake is Lake Louise around 1.5 hrs from Calgary. We love camping there and all over. Anyone wanna visit we have loads of camping equipment, we will take you camping.

Oh nice. so summer is the best time to go there?

Excellent, best spots are booked 3 mons in advance so let me know at least 3 months prior. Would be fun.

I like to go before kids summer vacations in June or the camp grounds get all booked up. Early September is really good also. One trip we drove 6k kms, also did the sea to sky highway from Vancouver to Whistler. The Pacific Rim is incredible also, lush green, rain forests, lakes, rivers, falls, Oceans, wildlife, beaches, it has everything.

I would recommend training for a bit of hiking as the hikes are out of this world.

@Bobby1 you should open a camping 101 thread so others can avail your expertise and learn how to camp.
