Ok got a better idea.
To save the hassle of adding individual video hacks, just get the Flash embed hack from vb.org forum and install that.
something like
[flash]http://www.5min.com/Embeded/11334/[/flash]
This will work for all video hosting sites out there, including youtube and google.
