not only for pregos or oldies....... even if i feel someone's real tired n haal se behaal hy........ i give up my seat for him/ her.

Always do .. it is something built in ... If I dont do that then the guilt start biting me !

It's common courtesy and understood to give up your seat for a preggo lady, an elderly person or someone with a child.
But I also give up my seat for anyone older than me. Doesn't matter if they're a year older or 50 years older. Out of respect, I'd much rather them sit and I can stand.

Second time I am using this line from an old poem
"they also serve who stand and wait"
