If we're invited to both events, we usually give it on the first night. The way I see it, the gift is intended for the COUPLE, not for their parents, so it shouldnt make a difference "whose night" you give it on. If you want to give the cash to the parents, then you should give it directly in their hands. I just put it into the cash cage
