There is no R in Philippines, so instead of .. POR, he/she would say POL. Reminds me a teacher from school, who couldn't say F instead said P, so in grade 10 he said,

Excretions are Paalto Maaday (he wanted to say .. Faalto Maaday).

in arabic language there is no P so instead of P they use B. They pronounce Pakistan as Bakistan, Pakora as Bakora
