Giving and taking with the right hand

So we have grown up taught that the correct way to give and receive something is with the right hand. E.g. give someone water with right hand, serve food with the right hand etc.

But does this apply to things like money? So if someone gives me money I must receive it with the right hand, or if I give money I should give it with my right hand?

Can someone please clarify this matter for me with the appropriate references where possible.

Money is also something so yes it should be dealt with right hand too :)

I heard that every good, paak and saaf thing should be done by using right hand. As long as money exchange is for the right purpose, its good to be careful that we do it using right hand.
