It definetly helps, I wear make up everyday - foundation, blush, eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadows etc but when I was in bed with swine flu for 3 weeks or so I obv didn’t need to/have the effort to get all dressed up. I noticed my skin was so much more healthier, spots and blemishes had cleared up and I had a nice litte after illness glow. I’d love to be able to do that every few months but I hate not wearing make up. I guess my skin will have to wait till the next life threatning illness lol
