Only party that matters in tackling terrorism is the army. So far, forever reason, they are unwilling to take decisive steps against terrorists, and many of the killers are operating from heartland right under their nose. Maybe they think that once the US pulls out of Afghanistan we can go back to pre 9/11 times. If that is the strategy…its a terrible one & there is no hope for Pakistan unless civilians can take control of the armed forces.
