that was used figuratively.
point was that militants and terrorists need to be imprisoned and need to pay for their crimes, if they kileld people and teh country has capital punishment then they get that, if they have to be in prison for 10-15-20 however many years then thats that. Since they are dangerous they probably need to be housed in high security prisons.
what do you suggest be done with them?

well it was not like this guy was a boyscout before he went to gitmo either. Maybe he should not have been released.
what this indicates to me is that he deserved to be in prison and not let go.

Why was he released in the first place...I thought every person in their is scrutinized till he bleeds from his arse...Why was he released, if he was innocent, the gruel pushed him into becoming anti american...That is my point, how many more who have been released, will become potential monsters.?

Sir jii, that is my question...if he was really a monster, why was he even released...??? I dunno if u have watched the movie on the tipton brothers, but it made me puke fraudz. If I was in the boots of any of those brothers, I wud have really done something terrible, becoz self respect was totally lost. Islam was insulted, right in front of ur eyez, the Holy Quran thrown in piss, & basically every human right denied...why becoz they were enemy combatants. A term that made amreeka deny every single law that Xists on this planet.

Every single passing day frauds, creates more & more hatred for the amreekans. There are Xtremely good people in them too, I don't generalize. When I was on a trip to Malaysia from Singapore, I met this really good US citizen, who was Xcellent in behaviour, & even offered me a job in Singapore. If only I had accepted it. My mistake. The point Im trying to make is that there are good & bad, but right now, amreeka is making more bad than good.

as far as why was he let go, maybe there was not enough evidence, maybe other players got involved and he was released due to that and lack of concrete evidence.
Just yesterday I was listening to a radio prigram talking about how criminals who get out of jail are at a higher chance of commiting a crime within x days etc.
I dont agree with this entire enemy combatant designationa nd all that topidrama either, but when talking about this case specifically. The guy in question went in as a dangerous militant and came out as a dangerous militant.
PS: what we need to think about when we call americans as racist and anti muslims, see what ppl think of americans or jews in Pakistan. hatred is everywhere my friend, lets not just point in one direction.

Fraudz, there is no evidence against anyone held there either, its just a topidrama like u mentioned. There are more dangerous militants out there. Lets look at the root cause. But I dont want to, coz it goes in loops, & just goes on & on. Im sick & tired of every tom, dick & harry newspaper in this world giving Pakistan a bad name. U mention the name Pakistan to a foreigner, & the first thing that comes to his/her mind is terrorist. The media has conjured an image of hate amongst the public against Pakistan. There is no justice. People only believe what they say in media, they dont do their own research & they are just plain idiots. What does this result in ... more hatred, towards Pakistan, & vice versa.
Its a bad world to raise a child in. Really bad & terrible.

when u have ppl like halid shielh muhammad, and u have the 7/7 bombers and all who had some link eith pak or trained in pak, then you bet pakistan's name is going to get mentioned. The solution to that is to uproot the militants and their ideological teachers..
