I got 217 and 219 from the MAC and its making me feel i spent too much just for the brushes i rather bought somethign else from mac but anyways:(…I actually start building my makeup brushes collection and im totally lost as MAC is too expencive i really want the stippling brush and flat foundation brush 239 and an angled brush n liner brush in my collection but that would take me ages to get them all from MAC so i was just thinking to get the inexpencive ones rather than the MAC…I know Crown, Sigma, Louise young ( its actually expencive but my fav makeup guru on youtube loves it n seems good) Which brushes i should get? any reviews on Crown? they are tooooooooo cheap but they have like so many brushes on the site n i have no idea which one to get:(
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
I bought a set of 16 brushes which comes in a roll from ebay. Apart from that I have 2 brushes from MAC. One is the 219 I think (not sure but they're both for eyes). A foundation brush from eco tools. A foundation and stippling brish from Walmart ( LOL). The ones from Walmart aren't great but they're not that bad either. They do shed a bit though.

Chcek the elf website too. I've heard they do brushes too. Apparently they're cheap and not that bad.
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
Elf brushes are very cheap & I've heard they're meant to be good :)
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
ECOTOOLS; they are cheap and really good. a make-up artist said that ecotools can last for ever if you look after them. i bought them and using now!
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
I have the elf studio collection brushes from over a year now and absolutely love it...the quality is amazing haven't shed a bit even though I washed it a million times....but make sure u get the black ones (studio) they are like 3 dollars for one...and they have the stippling brush too...I got the whole brush set for around 30 dollars WITH a case (that's not even the cost of one brush from mac!) I use only mac makeup but I don't want to buy their brushes cause its expensive and whenever I'm at a mac store I always see people bringing their brushes back to return because they broke...so I'm guessing their quality isn't even that good....
I use a lot of blush and love applying it..so for that I invested in a 30 dollar brush from the Sephora Collection...and that is the only expensive brush I have...

The Body Shop have nice brushes too. I've been using a set from them for the past three-four years and they're still perfect!
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
ELF Studio line brushes are great quality and very reasonably-priced, as are Sonia Kashuk's brushes from Target (though those are a bit pricier).
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!

body shop brushes are really good as well
Re: Girlzz please help me with getting inexpencive and great quality brushes!!
I own a few ELF brushes and they’re really really good for their price, especially the flat powder brush which was only $3, it’s so soft yet firm, I use it everyday!

I have some no namer brushes that I bought from CVS in a travel size pack and they are pretty good.
