how can pakistan call itself an islamic country everyway you go women and girls cant even wear thier veil properly. if such beahviour happened in saudi arabia there would be an outcry.

I dunno I think 'islamic' countries have far more serious problems then women not wearing hijabs. You make it sound like this is the basis and key to solving all of 'our' problems.
What about developing the attitude that women are other human beings, not evil spirits that have come to lead the poor foolish men into temptation? man's attitude is also a purdah!
I think men in islamic countries are losing touch, they think money is god (no, they don't say it but their actions do) and women are merchandise. I'd like to know how many of these people limit their TV programs and exercise restraint in their lifestyle.
My experience is that those who protest too much are those who have "indulged" more than others.
Not wearing hijab does not mean premarital relationships. Don't tell me Saudi Arabia is a haven of decency!

Btw, I have read that if you see the girl twice then it’s gunnah. That is why I don’t blink my eyes so that I just keep seeing them once but some of my cousins say that these pakistani larkay baray hi bayhooda hotay hain aur ghoortay rehtay hain. Any suggestions???

See, i was told…the first look, is usually accidental. But when you see the attractive face from the first look, it’s the 2nd look that matters since that’s your…desire & temptation to see it once again. & that’s yur test..
i agree with u on muslin gals should wear hijab, but that does'nt solve n e thin, i've seen gals in pakistan who wear hijab and do everythin else that they should'nt do for eg go out with boys.
also wats worse, women not wearin a hijab or mens killin their daughter cuz they wanted a boy and also in afgan most guys make their wife wear hijab which is good but top of that they'll plant drugs and sell them, which distroy others ppls lifes

Well Prophet Muhammad(p.b.u.h) would not make eye contact with Persians of that time, who did’nt have beards.. Our Prophet(p.b.u.h) had a beard, well that alone is a good enough reason to have a beard..

Wearing of Hijab starts from home and at a very early age. A girl who has never been told about Hijab in her pre-teen years, will never appreciate the value of Hijab when she is a full-blood woman. Childs mind is something like clay, you can mold it in any shape and in any manner you want it to.
I agree with my friend Waqas, Muslim countries have far more serious problem than women not wearing Hijab. The basis of the Islamic belief is corrupt. The Basis of the Islamic belief is not being followed.

In some cases wearing Hijab comes from with-in..Whoever Allah(swt) shows the light..
Brother, girls have Hijab becuase it was required that muslims prevent any possible temptations by dressing (and behaving) modeslty. What few people seem to realise is that a man can attract a women, as much as a woman can attract a man.
Why is it only women that are made to wear Hijab? Modesty comes from within. Not just in what we wear but int the way we behave and live our lives as muslims.
I would not ask a girl to cover herself from head to toe, unless I was willing to do the same first.
